Public Health Notice

 

We continue to monitor the evolving health regulations.  For the most current public health and safety procedures information relating to your show, please refer to the COVID-19 FAQ below, which will be updated as your event approaches.  While safety is our top priority, the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. 

 

COVID-19 WARNING

 

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19. 


 

Will my show get cancelled?

We are optimistic and planning for your event based on nationwide trends of declining COVID-19 cases and increased vaccinations as well as input from local health officials.  However, we continue to monitor the situation and will only proceed with the event if it is safe to do so.  Please continue to visit this website for updates relating to your event.   

If my show gets cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, will I get a refund?

Yes, if your show is cancelled, you will be eligible for a refund from your original point of purchase. Specific questions can be emailed to our team at [email protected]

What health and safety precautions are you taking?

It’s too early to tell exactly what precautions will be in place at your event.  However, your health and safety remain our top priority, and we continue to monitor the evolving health regulations and are working closely with local health officials to develop COVID-19 protocols for your event.  We will follow all COVID-19 related mandates applicable to the venue and will provide more information as your event approaches so you know what to expect.

Where can I find policies for health and safety for my show date?

Once we have determined the health and safety protocols for your show, we will post the information on your event page on ArvestBankTheatre.com, AXS.com, and the Facebook Event page for your specific event. We will also email information to ticket buyers several days prior to your show, with information regarding protocols. Finally, information will also be available at the Box Office, or via email request at [email protected]

ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

 

All attendees agree to follow event policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the venue.  According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19.  All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event.  By entering the venue, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. 

 

By entering the venue, all attendees confirm that the following is true for themselves and anyone in their party:

 

  • IN THE PRIOR 14 DAYS, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED WTH COVID-19.

 

  • IN THE PRIOR 14 DAYS, THEY HAVE NOT EXHIBITED SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, INCLUDING ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
    • FEVER OR CHILLS; COUGH; SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING; FATIGUE; MUSCLE OR BODY ACHES; HEADACHE; NEW LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL; SORE THROAT; CONGESTION OR RUNNY NOSE; NAUSEA OR VOMITING;  DIARRHEA

 

  • IN THE PRIOR 14 DAYS, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN CONFIRMED OR SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19.

 

  • IN THE PRIOR 14 DAYS, THEY HAVE NOT TRAVELED TO ANY STATE OR INTERNATIONAL TERRITORY IDENTIFIED BY FEDERAL OR APPLICABLE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AS BEING SUBJECT TO TRAVEL OR QUARANTING ADVISORIES DUE TO COVID-19.
