Public Health and Safety Information

 

We continue to monitor the evolving health regulations.  As an AEG Presents venue, we are following all polcies announced on August 12, 2021 requiring proof of vaccination for entry into its owned and operated clubs, theatres, and festivals starting October 1, 2021. While safety is our top priority, the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. 

 

The vaccination policy, limited only as required by law, will be in full effect nationwide no later than October 1, 2021. Several venues have already been following local government vaccination mandates, with others anticipated to come in the weeks leading up to October 1. The date was chosen specifically to allow time for any eligible unvaccinated ticketholders and staff to reach fully vaccinated status should they choose to do so. Leading up to October 1, AEG Presents will be implementing a policy of showing proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of show date where permitted.

 

COVID-19 WARNING

 

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19. 


 

Will my show get cancelled?

We are optimistic and planning for your event based on nationwide trends of declining COVID-19 cases and increased vaccinations as well as input from local health officials.  However, we continue to monitor the situation and will only proceed with the event if it is safe to do so.  Please continue to visit this website for updates relating to your event.   

If my show gets cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, will I get a refund?

Yes, if your show is cancelled, you will be eligible for a refund from your original point of purchase. Specific questions can be emailed to our team at [email protected]

Where can I find policies for health and safety for my show date?

Once we have determined the health and safety protocols for your show, we will post the information on your event page on ArvestBankTheatre.com, AXS.com, and the Facebook Event page for your specific event. We will also email information to ticket buyers several days prior to your show, with information regarding protocols. Finally, information will also be available at the Box Office, or via email request at [email protected]

ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All attendees agree to follow event policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the event.  According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19.  All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event.  By entering the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html
