Regular Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, closed on major holidays.
On Event days, we open two hours before the posted door times for each event if the event falls on a day we are not regularly open.

Ticket purchases are still available online at our official ticket provider, AXS.com. .

Question on Ticket Refunds:
If a show has been rescheduled, and a new date is announced, there is nothing you need to do: your tickets are valid for the new date and you will be notified.
If your show has been cancelled, and you purchased with a credit card, a refund will automatically be issued to the credit card used for purchase, within 30 business days. Otherwise, refunds are available at your original point of purchase.
For cash purchases from the box office, please email us at [email protected] and include your show date, name, best way to contact you, and please include “Cash Refund” in the subject line for details.
